Sony Rewritables offer a way to use them over and over again. I alway like to have a few in reserve although I use my pro memory stick most of the time.
It is hard to get these material fom the little discs onto a large disc.
I ordered these disks before I received the camera. When I got the camera, I found out that I had puchased +R instead of -R disks. Since I had opened the package and the ordering error was mine, I did not attempt to return the disks. The are good for putting my coffee cup on them.
What can you say about CD's. They are good, inexpensive discs for your camcorder. I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to anyone.
Sony's disks are a bit more expensive but completely worth it. I have greater faith that the media will last.I have bought discs from several different suppliers; two brands vibrated in use. The manufacturers claim no adverse effect, but I'd rather have a disk that doesn't vibrate in use. I keep wondering if it is affecting recording quality or sound.
